With the clear instruction, the close ups on footwork and the pacing / time for repetition, the DVDs are extremely user-friendly.

I recommend that anyone considering the Learn to Dance Salsa series by Salsa Crazy use this set. It’s easy to follow, there’s great instruction and unlike some instructional DVDs, each DVD in this series builds on the next. (You will NOT spend half of DVD 2 doing exactly what you just spent an hour and a half doing on DVD 1!) The overlap of what is taught is minimal. In fact, the instructors Moira and Evan, who stay with you throughout the entire DVD series, only really use what was taught in say the first DVD for a warm up for what will be taught going into the second DVD and so on.

the dvd set is great for beginners because it starts out literally step by step and guides in a slow but informative and easy to learn way.

This DVD series is awesome!! It breaks down the different salsa patterns and you repeat those steps several times before trying the patterns all together. The best part is that both the leader’s and the follower’s steps are shown so you can learn what your partner is doing as well. I loved this series and I would recommend it for anyone who wants to learn a few basics before hitting the floor or before taking a class!!

This set was awesome. I originally bought it because I wanted to learn the basics of Salsa dancing. Just to try it out. But, once I started learning the techniques and moves, I was really drawn into learning more. I needed a partner, so my wife was there to soak up all of my new moves. We really enjoyed the format and great pace of the set. I would recommend this great set for anybody!
